6 Push Jerk (or shoulder to OH)

RX: 155/105.

Scale to a weight that is challenging to perform the entire DT round unbroken. Each movement should be able to be finished in no more than 2 sets.

Rules:

For each section of calories, choose a machine. Although you can do so in any order you choose, you must use each machine twice, e.g. bike, skier, rower.
