F: 35-lb. dumbbells

* alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds
Scaled use 35/20, high knees, pull ups.

Masters 55+ use 35/20, T2B, c2B

Teens use 35/20, T2B, Bar MU.
