From CrossFit.com, we honor all our fallen heroes this holiday weekend by performing Mr. Joshua as one large national community. At Synergy we will do this as a partner WOD.

Choose a partner and divide reps up however you wish. Runs will be 1 lap, and must be completed together, both partners running. All other reps can be partitioned as desired. Scale GHD situps 2:1 Abmat.
